Calling all Night Owls! When the traffic is at its lowest and the moon is at its highest, we are preparing for a smooth night at the hotel. The Holiday Inn Express Austin NW, Arboretum is looking for a friendly and reliable Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. Our Night Auditor position plays an important role in overseeing the daily financial transactions and preparing for the new day.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the Caption of the Ship during the overnight shift by acting as the decision maker as it pertains to guests needs and concerns
  • Push the boundaries in customer service by providing a Platinum
  • Help the company make better decisions by providing accurate hotel performance data to our Revenue and Accounting team members
  • Utilize your unique personality to make a guests day
