The S.M.E.R.F. Sales Manager is a sales person who has demonstrated through performance a thorough understanding and competence in sales, account management functions and the hotel S.M.E.R.F. industry. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms and IHG services to transient market customers through Sports, Military, University, Religious and Fraternity accounts, travel agencies, with individual travel, group base and whole sales travel groups.
