The Holiday Inn Express and Suites NW Austin is located at the intersection of US 183 and Braker Lane. It’s a premium branded select service hotel, and we are looking for a part-time Night Auditor to join our busy and professional team.

• Responsible for computing, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.
• Providing outstanding service to hotel guests by responding promptly and efficiently to requests and complaints.
• Answers inquiry phone calls from potential guests and presents features and benefits of hotel in a structured attempt to convert the inquiry into a reservation at the hotel. The hotel's sales efforts are critical to its success and as a Sales & Service Associate, you play a major role in this vital process!
• Takes potential guests who visit the hotel on guided tours, presenting features and benefits of the hotel in a structured attempt to convert the inquiry into a reservation at the hotel.
• Communicates with fellow team members on maintenance issues, guest requests, guest complaints and sales leads
• Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit through operation of the cash register and completion of reports required to ensure company funds are secure
